Mensa carries out strict quality controls in every phase of
the production. All of the test are done and checked by computers.
Mensa has received the ISO 9001 certificate in 1998.
All of the fabrics are tested in our quality control laboratories
which are fully equipped. We are able to compare the color
of every bale to the original color by using computer programs
in color configurations. In addition, every kind of tensil
strenght, pattern shift, shrink, abrasion, accumulation, water-resistance
tests and other tests which determine quality parameters are
carried out perfectly in order to meet modern market needs.
Generaly, people judge fabric quality by touching the fabric
itself. When you touch Mensa products, you are satisfied,
because every project is analyzed, tested and evulated by
expressions based on mathematical models from the beginning
until it leaves the factory.
